I ordered Beekman skin care in October and it was automatic delivery . Received noticed that the second shipment shipped out at the end of December. One month later no items. Tracked my order only to find that the Post Office had received it at the end of December. Somone there damaged it and they threw it away.  Never any notice from QVC 30 days later. Had the items on 5 easy paymnets with the 4th payment due today. When I called customer service the rep. spoke broken English and I couldn't understand her that well.

I think she said she was going to credit my account we shall wait and see.

@baby22    Sounds to me like you got good CS.  If the destruction if your order was not noted on the tracking, QVC would have known nothing about it.  They see and know what you do.

Don't think I ever spoke to a CS rep who spoke broken English at QVC but if I couldn't understand, I'd ask to speak to someone else or hang up and call back.

This is very strange. I have received several items through the years that were damaged during shipment. The post office puts a note on the item stating "received damaged" but I still got the package. I have also received envelopes that were suppose to have an item in them but clearly you could see they were torn open and no longer contained anything. I still received the empty envelope with the note. I have never had the USPS throw anything away. Something seems a little fishy. In addition, this is not the fault of QVC. They have no control over how the USPS handles packages in your post office.

As @Kachina624 states, in my over 35 years with QVC, I have never had a CS rep that had an accent that made it difficult to understand.

since it was skincare products, something may have been leaking out of that package so that was probably why it did not go to the customer NOR back to QVC. it could be considered "hazardous."
