So frustrating this afternoon not being able to get onto the QVC site. When you are so used to having access to check availability, measurements, etc.  Does this happen often?

 

 I was able to get on to all other sites including QVC.JP in Japan and couldn't get on to here place orders for the LOGO show before they sold out of what I wanted. Apparently others were having the same problem for better than 6 hours!

That's strange. I was able to get on all day.

Here in RI Cox Cable was not working for most of the day.....problem was extended to PA.......email still not working......

It's was down for me also. From this morning to early evening. I finally called CS and they said that IT was aware of the problem. I don't recall ever seeing the website down for that long. Glad it's back.

We are so very sorry you have been having issues connecting with QVC today. We discovered the many posters that were having issues connecting to QVC.com were using Cox as their servers providers. If you continue to have issues please send screen shoot of the message you receive to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com long with the name of your service provider.

@Bhvbum, I had trouble with the Q site this afternoon - So. Cal.  I wanted to check on my returns - the Q is taking their time processing them even though they have had them for a very long time.  So I gave up ... then I was able to log in around around 6pm & the returns still have not been processed.

Thank you for reply. I was able to sign on to every site except QVC.  So my problem was only with QVC and specifically the USA site.
