I have to post a huge thank you to the QVC mods.  I have been waiting since mid November for a package that was shipped promptly by Q but lost somewhere between UPS and the USPO.  Peobably UPS.  So this morning I emailed the social team at Q and received a reply within the half hour!  They are sending me another package via expedited mail.  Wow,  Just Wow.  Thank you so much.  Now I hope my other 4 orders arrive with no problems.

I agree that the Social Team is great. Every time I've needed help, they've  given me excellent Customer Service.👍

qVC mods not customer service are  good but dont need 2 at a time .. thanks

Pearlee, The "SOCIAL TEAM" is def on the ball Always kind and helpful. I wish I knew all their names. They are all great. Especially WAYNE, Sue, Karen Barbara and all. I feel unfair not mentioning all by name. The"BIG SHOTS" should be thankful for this team. Without their help the Q would be in trouble. How about rewarding Social Team and Mods?
