Why is the Live Chat not working? It has been like this for a while now. I ask a question and click yes to continue and nothing comes up.

@michiganfan1. We wouldn't know why, however there is an alternative. Pick up the phone and call.

I didn't have a problem. Mine does not ask me "yes. It just has the places to add your name, email, and question and then you can click on "start chat."

@michiganfan1 I'm sorry you're not able to access chat; I've had issues with it in the past as well. Sometimes I've had to retry a few times! The other thing I've noticed is that it's only available at certain times during the day.
I'm also sorry for the snarky responses from others here - you don't deserve it - you were simply asking a question. Hopefully you were able to access some help.

I am still not able to live chat as well. You don't deserve the snarky response that same poster has done that to me. You are just asking a question I thought you could do that on here.

QVC Chat seems to always have issues, you call customer svc and get stuck in queue... QVC should note the times Chat is not available.. It's si frustrating to try either Custt Service or Chat and no luck...

It's still doing this. Before a rude response is given to me again let me explain something please. I am hearing impaired. I'm going to assume many others are as well. Often I have trouble hearing the person on the phone through no fault of their own. So Live Chat works for me. As I'm sure it works for others as well.
So someone at QVC really needs to fix this once and for all since it's the holidays!

Have you tried a different browser? If that doesn't work, you could email QVCsocialteam@qvc.com. I hope that helps..The live chat doesn't work for me on my Amazon Fire. It used to work all the time but now I get nothing.
