Received a gift card on Christmas day,just tried to use it,could not place order online so i called in two reps told me they showed card had a 50.00 balance but could not process order so i emailed qsocial team and was given a phone number to call for help..after wziting on hold i was told they are still unable to process order?? Gift card code not being accepted. The gift card is new i scratched the covering off the pin number myself and i even have the date and order number for when the gift card was purchased....so now what??? Any suggestions?

seems like ever since all this is done by an outside source and not qvc, its nothing but problems.. i havent purchased gift cards since last yr.. and i told my mom right away to call and make sure they "work".. wish qvc would start shipping them out again, would be less problems. some places you can get qvc gift cards in other stores here for a certain amount.. next time i will try that.. i know i have seen them some place around here so you dont have to send away for them.........

I had the same issue with a gift card. I attempted to call the 800 number and it just sends me in a loop.
