@Jewellsh1 - This might not help in your current situation, but even when times are good, there can be delays in order fulfillment based almost entirely on the item and vendor. Some vendors are really great at keeping tabs on their inventory and getting items to the customer quite quickly. For example, I primarily order kitchen items, and all of the vendors selling them seem to have no issues with prompt order processing and shipping. An item that I ordered on Sunday arrived this afternoon, and the items I ordered the prior Saturday were also delivered by last Friday.

 

I'm sorry that the delays have resulted in issues with gifts—that's always a bummer. Sending positive shipping karma your way...  Smiley Happy

@loriqvc- what I am getting the gist of on this transaction is that they cannot always keep up if orders outweigh the inventory. I am just not buying it. It has been a similar situation on too wide a variety of items. And there is little response form QVC on truly wanting to make good on assisting the customer. I am getting a vibe of essentially  "deal or ditch" and I have far too much to stress about these days than this sort of thing.

I do appreciate the feedback/advice.

I am a fairly patient and tolerant person - until I have been pushed a bit too far. Then that patience wears out and I take final action. It is time.
