To raise such a fuss over $10 is beyond my rhelm of conciousness

My situation is very similar to yours, @CaliKaren. Opened account in December and made purchases. Expected the $25 statement credit at some point, but this is too long. May and still no $25 credit. I am tired of calling them and speaking to someone different each time. I have names and notes from each call, but doesn't do any good. Maybe that is their strategy - stall the customer and they'll give up.
Going to cancel my QCard. So mad I may stop buying from QVC and advise friends to do the same. I've been a customer since the 80s. Can you help @Beth-QVC?

Good to know. I just opened a q card today. I will close it as soon as I get my new card. It's just not worth the hassle.

Just had the same thing happen. Said if I open a card I'd get $40 credit which I did no credit so I called and was told I had to buy something then but didn't get card for a week. So I called and was basically told you're out $40 because you didn buy when you opened card. Well tomorrow I will call and cancel account.
