Every time I try to watch a product video, the video does not stream. Something is wrong. This has been happening all day!

@Kachina624 Kachina...I have read where your answer to this problem is change the browser. I have done this and it makes no difference. Last week I had no problems with looking at videos of products using products recently on line". Even this morning up until 9 am I had no problems. Now 9 a.m. EST I get three red bars flashing and no access to the videos. Why would the videos work and then suddenly stop working? It cannot be the browser. It is maddening and may be a reason why Q is losing money since people cannot see what they are trying to buy.

I tried different browsers too, and the video is not streaming. I get the 3 lines too and I cannot even go forward to see if I get some of the video.

I noticed my videos start than a red circle just goes around and around. Just another day in paradise at the Q.

@tobes This is now happening to me. It seems to be a QVC issue.

Videos are still not streaming. 3 Red lines appear and everything stops after 5 seconds. Please address this issue as I need to view the videos before I purchase.

I still can't watch the videos. It starts out then stops showing three red lines.

This has now been going on with me for two days running. If the item isn't available to view on You Tube I can forget watching it on this website. And yes, I've cleared the cache, deleted history and so on... Nothing different about my device. And no, I'm not trying another browser, I shouldn't have to... They want to sell product, then fix the problem... There's always something... This has got to be the lamest excuse for a major retail website ever... Maybe one of the moderators @Melvin-QVC can alert the IT staff about this latest website issue...
