Product Page Deleted When Sold Out?

Why is QVC doing this? I would like to know what people think of the item but now they cannot leave reviews. My most recent example is the Instant Pot that sold out this past Sunday.

You also cannot go back and watch the pesentation video if you have any question about the product once you get it (if you ordered before it sold out).

They do come up on Google though sometimes. If you Google the product, you can still find the reviews. But it is an extra step customers should not have to take.

Consider that perhaps they don't want reviews.

I don't like how they do that either. Another thing I don't like is how they take away the info for auto deliveries. If I'm scrolling through my AD list and I want to refresh my memory on what is included in a particular makeup kit or whatever, I'm out of luck.

you can post reviews on the qvc youtube page. i think this is the item you were looking for with the link, but it does say sold out. anyone interested in looking at videos of items that may no longer be available can usually find them on the QVC youtube channel.

I hate that they do it the way they do with sold out items.

I know what you mean. I wanted to see the reviews on Calista's Jousse hair cleanser and conditioner. Poof. It's sold out and apparently no plans to reorder. No video or reviews. Makes you wonder.
