Hello
Is anyone else having problems with long processing times? Several orders have been processing for 5 days now. Cannot cancel says order processing and can not change. Called no straight answer 2 customer
Service people said I do not know.

5 days is nothing. I have an order still in process from 6/19. QVC won't let me cancel the order either. Rediculous!

I am so sorry @queen Betty , we’re currently experiencing some delivery delays and working with our shippers who are experiencing delays to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

I am now waiting for orders sitting in the Tampa Airport for days.   A couple I never received, received credit but I would have liked the product.  I could not reorder, out of stock.  Hope I get the other orders.

My order I placed on July 15th to be delivered today (29th) has not shipped yet, can't get anyone on the phone ....live chat is not live, tried it 3 times no one every came to chat...what poor service !

I doubt that they would be able to speed up processing or shipping.   (And if you're sending an email, it's not "offline.")

I have a bracelet somewhere for 10 days, been in Warendale, PA for 5 and still there. I think I'm going to have to call the post office there. My things get close to me , then sent off away ,then back closer, just ridiculous.
