Im on a laptop, Windows 10, Chrome Browser.....
And I keep getting pink messages-- "unexpected error occurred", posts take long to process, or I get what looks like a white rope "processing your request".....
I logged out of QVC, closed my window, cleared my browser and flash cache and brought up a new window....same problems....
No problems with other websites.............

@Spurt, It's definitely the website.
I posted about this in a Community Chat thread, and I'll add that sometimes I can't give hearts to a post and I don't have a screen shot of it but now as I'm typing this post I'm seeing, above it:
"An Unexpected Error has occurred. An Unexpected Error has occurred."
I'm seeing all sorts of problems.
The overall response time on the forums is slower than usual.
At times it displays this message:
"Your request is currently being processed..."

Also, the search process has a lag before it produces the list of suggestions.
Another thing I noticed: in some cases when I'm typing a response I get a red-box message, above the dialogue box, stating "Sorry, unable to complete the action you requested" and the draft is not auto-saved in my profile.
Other times when trying to compose or submit a post, there's the ever-popular "Authentication Failed. Authentication Ticket Mismatched, failed authorization.":

I agree...lots of problems with this website. From ultra slow loading to a multitude of other annoying issues.

I'm using an Android tablet and I'm having the same problems with slightly different messages. When I enter a response, nothing happens but when I back out of it after 30 seconds or so, I find that it posted, although there was no msg that it did.

When I clicked onto Blogs & Forums, I got a long horizontal bar stating "your request is being processed". I backed out, reclicked on Blogs & Forums and came straight here. There always seems to be a problem of some sort. Couple weeks ago for several days there was no header on the website and no way to navigate anyplace plus videos are still not playing (Edge); went to Firefox to view and QVC functions well so I am using it more than usual.
