Some orders come quickly others seem to get lost in the processing.  I ordered 3 sunhats all the same except in different colors.  They were ordered on April 24.  Received one of them about 10 days later.  The other 2?? Nothing.  One says it is in process.  Its delivery time has been puched back until tomorrow.  Don't think it is going to arrive if it hasn't shipped.  The other changed from in process to BACKORDER. Yet when you check it says it is IN STOCK. 

 

3 weeks in processing is totally unacceptable.  Also I have received no communication about any delay.  Absolutely nothing!  Can't get through to customer service.  Tried the social team email and received an answer quickly.  But it only repeated what I could see online.  I can read what I see online.  What I need is an explanation to what is going on and some help in getting them to ship it.

 

Now my Lock n Lock I ordered Sunday is on its way to the post office for delivery tomorrow. I think I am done for a long time whith ordering from QVC.  I have been with them since 1988 and seen many changes.  This is a change that I can't accept.

Since my DD and her family live in my same house (own apt)  and she shops QVC only

 

recently as a new  customer,I notice she gets her orders right away  and her returns are completed instantly!

 

I guess QVC has a preference for new customers and us old (since CVN)  reliable, advance paying, customers, are on the," when we get around to shipping it list!!!!"

 

 

I really think I have ordered my last order here untill things improve,if ever!!!!!

 

I really do not need anything  I buy here!.............
