Order Status is still showing my orders as preparing your order. Today I received one of my requests that still says preparing your order. Is there some way this can be fixed? I called Customer Service about this. I don't want to have duplicate items sent out to me.
Was the item sent from one of our external vendors? Sometimes the vendors are delayed in notifying us that they have shipped an item. Everything should be brought up to date on Monday.
I also have a issue with a ordered i placed in march and it still has not arrived and all i get is there is a delay and no explanation why and what the delay is it will be 2 months on the 13th that i ordered and still no answers
