Yeah the least qvc could do is upgrade the shipping to UPS rather than the always delayed ups/usps combination they used to save a dime. If they are fancy enough to be able to detect a late sent package an send out those placebo emails, their system should expedite their shipment. But that'd make too much sense I suppose, better to have cranky customers. 🙄
