QVC better wise up and wake up.Not only do you not have the product, but they charge your account when they ship the product so they have the use of your money all that time. If you have to return the product and it takes another 2 weeks or more to get a refund ,they have the use of your money for weeks. They make money on you anyway you look at it. I think they should charge your account when the order is delivered.

Well I just checked the return status of the order I mentioned earlier in this thread.  At first I was happy to see my return had been processed, but then saw that instead of issuing a refund...they were sending a replacement of the item!  Not what I requested at all.

Called CS.   Was told it was too late to stop the order of the replacement I don't want.  Then spoke to a supervisor who said she issued a refund to my cc and hopefully interrupted the unwanted item from being sent my way.

Thank you, Cheryl in CS!

QVC will issue refund if it has been more than 12-14 days as they can check date box was dropped off at post office.  My problem was post office changed date to reflect later date after I call USPS 800# because it had sat there too long and QVC could only see latest date.  Guess PO didn't want to get in trouble but I had proof of drop off date.  Postmaster called to apologize for delay.

@janz  This is why you request a receipt because that receipt has the date, the time and the employee number of who took your package. The post office can play games and get in BIG trouble as you have that receipt; it's proof that they tampered with FEDERAL data. NOT smart on their part.

This is why I always get a receipt. It's MY proof that I did what was required.

I DID get a receipt which is how I was able to prove they had changed the date.  I had to send proof to both QVC to get the credit applied and USPS to prove someone changed the date online.

I am so irritated by this service.  I just checked and now it just say the original date 11/07.  Nothing after that.  I ordered an ipad cover from Amazon.  Got it in 2 days. I ordered the wrong size and guess what?  You can drop it off at a local Kohls and they will send it on to Amazon for FREE!  I really think long and hard before ordering anything from QVC.

Well, I spoke too soon when I said, last night, that my issue was resolved.

QVC is sending me another dang Roomba!  I got the email this morning, that it had shipped.   I'm still being issued a refund on the one I sent back, but now I'll have to deal with returning the one I didn't expect to get.

@september in this case I would refuse the delivery.  If it is shipped UPS, just call them and tell them you didn't order this and are refusing the delivery and they will pick it back up.  Just don't open the package.

I know longer use QVC's Return Label.  It just takes too long.

And I thought the problem I had with a return was an isolated problem but apparently there are many!  I did contact customer service and a credit was issued but shopping online is getting to be not worth the aggravation.

Re: Poor Return Service.

[ Edited ]

@Sahmlam and @janz - My post office will not give a receipt.  I asked and was told that I would have to fill out a card and pay $3 (I'm assuming return receipt requested).  This is happening at lots of post offices apparently.  Been reading lots of comments about this.
