I have been a customer for 15 years. I have been trying to log into my account for a few days and being told it did not exist. I finally called today, and they told me they shut my account down. First, I was told that my acct or another acct with my cc failed payment. Then that they said are fraudulent charges on my acct. All I was asking is for my account to be open for me to view the charges. Then I was told I needed to verify information on my account. QVC did not contact me because the account had fraud and they did not know if I was the real account holder. Other companies send letters in the mail if an account has been hacked. Still, no one could unlock the account, so I can see what charges were being placed on it. No one could help me, I asked to speak with management three times today and waited hours for a call back. I must of spoke to 8 different people between 9 am and 4 pm. Finally, delt with the dispute department twice after 3pm and I did not receive any help until I spoke with this department. First person confirmed fraud but could not find any issues on my account. Last person is telling me an easy pay did not go through, I said, well this is the first I’m hearing, it was charged to my card a week ago, it has been processes. I still did not get an answer to why my account was shutdown. They even canceled about 800.00 worth of merchandise pre-ordered for the Holidays with no contact to the customer. QVC, you just lost another customer. The same thing happens to my friend when her card got stolen and a $4.00 charge didn’t process. One of my jobs is in customer service, I can’t tell you how many times this happens, and 200.00+ charges are declined. My company notifies and works with the customers for a few months to get the issued resolved. I would advise all consumers to shop elsewhere. QVC just wasted my day, and I was a customer that was loyal and paid.

The QVC Social Team are the only ones to go to for help. They help everytime.
They should be the ceos of this company and paid accordingly. They really are the bright spot here.

Well I learned something new. It seems when you're account is shut down you can still post on the forum.
And @on the bay, though I've not needed to contact them often, I agree with everything you said.

Is the problem with your QVC credit card (the "Q Card") or your QVC account?

I can understand someone being upset, if there are issues with his/her account.
But telling others to "shop elsewhere"? That's where it loses me.
I've never run into the kind of issue described, but any problems (minor, IMO) that I've ever had, have been resolved to my satisfaction.
I see no reason to stop shopping with QVC.

With really no definitive information whatsoever, I don't know how anyone can say they agree with the OP. There's something wrong somewhere and I doubt it's with qvc. My experiences with CS over a 35 year period have been exemplary.
