I placed my first QVC order on 12/16 the Edd was 12/23 it did not come. On the 23 I made one of several calls because I had gotten a few emails stating that my item might not come by the 24. I was told on the phone that the item was on back order. Which I didn't understand because it was available when I ordered it. That's when I was told about a four day verification process. I was also told that everything checked out and when they released the product for shipping the vendor said they no longer had it. My thought is if someone orders something that is available a hold should be placed on that item until necessary verifications can be made this way first time shoppers aren't disappointed by their first experience with QVC. I must say after all the positive feedback I received from friends and family on their experiences with the company I'm truly disappointed as are my children who still haven't received their big ticket most wanted Christmas gift. Also the Edd has now been changed to the 29, I spoke with customer service yesterday 12/26 and was told the item was back in stock and the best he could do for me on top of the free express shipping a previous cs gave me was a $50 credit to spend however I want on QVC........really? I'm not a happy customer.

The few things I ordered from QVC arrived on time. HSN, however....I ordered an item on 12/16. There was a big website banner that read "Christmas delivery guaranteed!" Fast forward to today, item never showed up and the tracking # they gave me for UPS was INVALID. However, they had sent me an e-mail on the 18th that my item had shipped and had charged my credit card.
Chatted with HSN customer service and was given two options-a refund or "wait and see if it shows up". Also snotty attitude from customer "service" rep.
Guess which one I chose?

Try a phone call. I've had very poor, rude service with the online chats.

OVC called me about a refund I never received for an item I never received.
i am not home so i am not responding on the phone call (no cell phone)
Well QVC I did not receive my refund yet!!!! It is 1 month later. I gave up on one refund due to poor CS and now here I am again,in the same position!!!
