I ordered a Juniors cheese cake, M115647. It arrived damaged and the wrong cheescake. The customer service refunded my money but at the same time, she canceled my field of flowers 3 pc set. Now I received a email that my return was on the way to qvc and the link showed my candle impressions lantern which I haven't even received. I don't know how to get this straightened out. Could you please help me.
