I returned 3 orders which were received by QVC on 6/7/20. I would like my account refunded for these items. The phone line is tied up and won't transfer my call to the returns department. I've tried the chat line twice and both times the Chat Box would close out when I got close to the head of the line. What should I try next to get this resolved?
