I have 2 separate problems with 2 separate orders. I don't know where else to post.

First, I ordered Tolani Palazzo Pants on 24 May 2020. They were available at the time that I placed my order. As of today the order status still states they are In Process. Arrival Date estimated 28 May. I don't know what happened here. I had also ordered another color of the same pants and was on waitlist and as of today the waitlist order is in NJ on it's way according to Track Package.

Secondly, On 30 May 2020, I ordered Josie Maran 19oz Body Butter A/D. As of today, my tracking package status states on 10 June that package transferred to local post office and there it ends. I have not received the body butter and it has not stated it has been delivered.
 

I know these problems are not the norm and due to the lockdown, etc. everyone was unprepared for how to proceed with all things, so I am not complaining. I am just inquiring.

There must be a delivery problem in NJ.  I ordered the Susan Graver QVC2 Big Deal cropped pants earlier this month.  It was shipped and I keep checking the tracking status of my order.  My package arrived in Edison 6/8 and had a Destination Scan 6/9 and no other activity since 6/9. 

 

I did a live e-chat with Customer Service earlier today and I was told that the package was probably lost and my account was adjusted and a refund was posted to my account.  I asked Customer Service if they could check on my order but I was told that once it leaves the warehouse, they can't check delivery status.  I would suggest that you contact Customer Service directly so they can adjust your account if you don't receive your order.  I would much rather receive my order than a refund but my color and size was no longer available.

It really is bad.  The same thing is happening with a couple items of Kim Graver and Isaac  Mizrahi, both coming out of Ca.  Also problems with the delivery of a couple items.  They get within 10 mi. of my home and then end up 200 mi away or 50 mi. away.  It is really getting frustrating.  It's time to hit the stores again.  I really as starting to think that as long as the stores were closed no one cared, they knew that they were the only places we could order.

My order is also about 10 miles from my house and lost in Edison NJ.  I would be willing to drive over to pick up my order if that was even possible.

@NJ QVC Fan Thank you. Someone else posted an email for customer service, so I will definitely try that route. I do agree that I would also much rather have the product than the refund, but I'm not going to get upset about the small things. If it was life sustaining medication then I would be upset, however this is body butter and pants. LOL I will survive.

@Dianajj I think it has to do with the route of delivery hubs. I live in PA and even before all this confusion, some of my orders would start out in PA then go to another state, usually NJ and back to PA. However I don't know what happens when they get all the way to my post office 10 minutes away and then vanish. ??

@NJ QVC Fan  I'd gladly drive downtown to my post office and pick up my order also, if I could.
