Please Help Me!!!

There is a GIGANTIC black strip that goes across the bottom of my screen. It says SPECIAL OFFERS AND FINDS FOR YOU.. I NEVER USE IT and it is taking up so much of my screen space that to finish reading product pages, I have to keep scrolling down because I cant see the rest of the lines. ( I do have viision problems and my screen is up to 125%.) I have missed certain items because they sell out while im clicking my way up and down to get to the CLICK HERE SIZING BOX to get fashion sizes PLEASE HELP ME. There has to be a way to CLOSE THAT BOX SO I CAN USE MY PRECIOUS SCREEN SPACE. I only have an inverted V symbol but maybe theres a way to move it off to the side or close it .Its very discouraging when someone surfs and shops for long periods of time.The bar across the top is loaded with important info and necessary but it is about 1 and 1/2 inches and the black box at the bottom is another 1/2 inch. Help me find a way, please. THANK YOU!!!!

I have that too but it usually stays on the bottom and does not interfere with anything. Yeah, I'd like that to go away too.

Okay, well, I messed around with it. I don't think we can remove it because QVC is generating it. I think only they can.

Anyway, it sits on the bottom and is just a black line but like I said, it doesn't interfere with anything I want to look at.

There's a down arrow on it to keep it low. If it's UP on your screen, hit the down arrow on the black line and it will just stay at the very bottom and shouldn't bother you.

I agree it is annoying, but since QVC placed it there, their IT dept will have to remove it.

Install an ad blocker, I use AdBlock+ (it's free), and I never get these pop-up ads on QVC or any other site I visit.

You never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have.

Do you have a smart tv? Something like this showed up when I got my smart tv. I played around with settings and it's gone now. I'm sorry but I have no idea what got rid of it.

It's hard to give advice without having all the information. What screen do you mean?? TV, cumputer, tablet, smart phone? What browser do you use? I don't see any black strip on my screen.

Try another browser would be the first step.

@PinkyPetunia I think the OP is talking about the Computer. For me it's not a problem because I still have to scroll up to get to the reviews and the bottom of the page.

Look at the bottom of the Page. It''s not all the way across and it''s about 1/2 inch.

@cookie2424245 - Unfortunately, that bar is programmed as part of qvc.com and cannot be moved around or removed. Increasing your screen view percentage actually makes the bar larger so it covers a larger part of the screen; if you are able to use the 100% view, more of the screen will be visible for you.

Can you tell us which browser you are using? And are you using any other tools for adapting fonts or text sizes? Knowing these details will help us give you tips for a better user experience.
