I have been calling, and trying, for 2 days now. The QVC wesbite keeps telling me I have an easy pay payment that needs to be addressed, I called QVC, and I do NOT have an easy pay missed payment, apparently there is a glitch from 2021 going on yet with my account. I would like to place an order before that item is gone, but I am getting nowhere! What to do??!! It shouldn't take this long to fix this issue.

Thank you. I gave up. I had called 3 times and apparently it was going to now take a week to fix the issue. I found the same shoes somehwere else for half the price.

Perhaps I am mistaken, but if your account is like mine, the financial part is handled by a bank such as Synchrony?
If so, perhaps they could straighten out the glitch?
