I ordered the Peter Thomas Roth TSV that was on April 4th. Ordered the auto-delivery option. To this date, the order is not showing up in my auto-delivery orders. The order summary states it is an auto-delivery order and the confirmation email that I received from QVC after I placed the order shows its an auto-delivery.
I've called Customer Service 3 times about this and keep getting told it was an IT issue and was being fixed. When is this issue going to be resolved? Anything that can be done would be most appreciated.
