I received my Ōura ring a few days ago and realized immediately I should’ve gotten a different size since I preferred it on a different finger. Kinda hard to imagine the real one compared to a white plastic ring.
After a few days, it’s the same; should’ve went with instinct.
Upon researching, Ōura says exchanges from retailers are done through the retailer. The retailer sends the used ring back to them as they cannot be resold.
Question: Since the color I bought is sold out currently on your site, will the QVC warehouse mark it as a return or can they exchange it? As to my understanding, the actual ring was processed by Ōura not a QVC warehouse.
