I just received an order of V42607 - Magnetic Laundry Guard.

Clearly, it shipped straight from the vendor and it had one of the "new" all-in-one labels that says "Peel for Invoice".

Yeah, right!  No way could I prise it apart.  It ripped to pieces and there isn't even a noticeable second part to it.  So no invoice at all.  And, of course, no return label either.

I probably will keep the item, even though two halves of it are slightly warped (there are four pieces).  I may try to straighten them.  I'll see how it works out.

But these ridiculous all-in-one labels need to go.  I know this has been an ongoing problem for some time now, but it hasn't been resolved.  Why not stay with the invoices being put either inside the box or using the plastic envelope on the outside of the box.

The customer shouldn't have to fight with a sticky label, trying to get an invoice.

havent had one of those in many months now.

i generally get a label in an envelope on the outside of the box OR an invoice on the inside of the box.

i can also print out my invoice online as needed.

@sunshine45 - This is the first one I've gotten in a while.  I actually held it up to the light to see if there was an invoice behind the shipping label.  There was nothing.

So, if I want to return the item or have an invoice for my records, I'll have to print it off.

Since most people print off their own label, I don't think QVC considers it to be a problem.

@chrystaltree - LOL.  I don't think QVC considers many things a problem.

I seldom return things, but when I do I usually have a prepaid label that came with my invoice.  But with no invoice, no label!

I've experienced the problem of missing invoice/return label on multiple occasions.  QVC must realize there's a problem, yet they don't seem concerned enough to fix it.  I'd estimate that at least 25% of my QC packages arrive without an invoice.  I don't know QVC's standard shipping and handling procedures, but would personally prefer the labels to be inside the box, but it's most likely an automated process performed by a machine - whatever method is cheapest for them to use.
