Package not received-MODS please help

It was handled by UPS then given to local post office and allegedly delivered on December 5th. Order number 6757769152. 


UPS says to get with shipper.

 

Can someone from customer care please help?

@Paulareenee   I checked the order and I'm showing the same thing.   Are yoiur packages usually left in your mailbox?

Have you checked with your postmaster?  Please send us an email at QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com and very your shipping address to have this replaced or refunded.

I live in an apartment. I don't ever see my postmaster, but have never had any issues with missing packages.
