I am having trouble lately ordering from my IPad and Iphone
if I try to delete something from my cart I get a message saying form not secure to you want to send or cancel. If I hit send nothing happens. Then I can’t get out of it and it won’t let me alter the cart. I missed out on a few items yesterday. If someone from QVC is monitoring this message please tell me what is going on. I noticed this happening since QVC’s system had a meltdown not too long ago Now I have to order stuff strictly from my Desktop which is in another room. The App is just as bad. Last night I kept trying to put something in my cart and it kept saying the item was added but it never did. I don’t think the App can keep up with the orders. Anyone else having issues

I have had the same problem. Also cannot look at sizing, it states the requested content
cannot be loaded, try again later.

Hi Everyone, this is the first I have heard of the issue and I will be happy to pass your feedback along. When there were issues before we were told to uninstall the app and reinstall it. Please try that to see if it helps.

Hi Alice. Thanks for offering assistance. It’s not just the App it is with IPhones and Ipad. All kinds of issues even entering passwords can be a problem when in fact I am entering the correct password it rejects me. QVC really needs to fix this because a lot of people have IPads and Iphones. Just now I tried to reply to you on my iPhone and it kept saying an unexpected error occurred. I had to switch to my IPad to respond to you. This is extremely frustrating

@Anonymous So you know it is not an across the board issue. I access the q via an Ipad using Safari browser and I have no problems ordering. My ISP is Verizon. I live in the middle Atlantic.

Just now I have several items in my shopping cart. I can’t delete, save for later OR check out. When I click on these links, nothing happens at all.
iPad, Safari, iOS 11.4
ETA: Sometimes when I click on “Remove”, there is a “not secure” warning. But not every time.
ETA2: When I closed out QVC and went back again, I was able to Remove an item I no longer wanted. Haven’t tried Save Later or Check Out. Think I will just let the cart idle and see what happens. I don’t even care if I miss out on something.
ETA3: The system transferred my items to Save Later when I let the cart idle for an extended period. One item Sold Out. Did not try to check out again. Not sure I will.

Hi Everyone, As of June 30th mobile devices, phones and tablets must have a version 5.0 operating system to access the QVC app and QVC.com mobile web. You will need to update the OS to keep using the QVC mobile experience. Emails went out to our customers using mobile apps, I am sorry if you did not receive the email. It may be in your junk email file.
