What the heck?  I see others experiencing the same thing.  Then, another order placed at the same time already arrived two days sgo.  Don't count on QVC if you are buying a gift and need it on a certain date.  To top it off, the CS Rep I spoke to by phone was clueless.  Frustrating!

@cinebee   Don't blame CS, they don't have crystal balls and see the same thing that you see on Order Status.  Often when an order is in processing for an extended period, it hasn't yet arrived in the warehouse but is on the way.  Have you seen on the news all those ships anchored off the California coast?  Your item might be out there riding the waves.

I highly doubt that as I ordered another of the same item and it has already arrived.

I just received an order that said 'in process' for 7 days, finally said shipped and 2 days later it was delivered.

I don't always believe QVC's order status.

you are right ...never count on Q for a gift needed in timely manner.

Most things are "vendor shipped" sadly, once they get your $$$ it's the waiting game..personally, the UPS truck used to be in our neighborhood 2-3x's/day -- haven't seen one in weeks but the Amazon trucks are in here all day including my house 3x's today😊😊

@homedecor1 Almost all of my Q packages are now delivered by the USPS.  UPS only delivers if I have several packages in one day.   I get mostly clothing and it's NEVER vendor shipped. 

@cinebee    Different sizes and colors of the same item can be shipped at entirely different times.  The early September D&C TSV jeans dribbled in over a period of several weeks.

I have noticed that after a long waiting period, my orders are here in no time. Puzzleing as they still arrive via the Postal Service.
