I was able to get the item in my cart but it would not process I finally had to call CS which I have not done in years.

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

YES>very frustrating that needs a fix asap! If we can't order items that are listed as available, close shop QVC!

Yep, had the problem part of last night. This morning, the problem is back-- or maybe it never went away.  This is my only time today to order. However, as I noted last night, it is a sign to me to save my money.

I tried to order two items and it kept saying "Hmm something must be wrong". I tried several times but no go. When the shipping & handling promtion for free was no longer available, the items went through with no problem. I decided not to order.

having all the same problems as all if you 😠. Now also I hit place order I actually get that far ,  earlier I couldn't ev3n check out which has been happening for months now !!!  QVC fix these issues !!!!!  Unless you don't want my $$$

I was having problems ordering last Monday, the 19th.  Couldn't check out online or on App.  Tried both Add to Cart and Speed Buy.  Then I noticed later on 3 of the same item I was trying to order was in my cart.  I called CS and she cancelled 2.  Told  CS that this has happened to me before and that there is a thread (I think several now) about this.  She said she would notify IT.  I did receive an email that my account was re-acivated after that.
