I ordered the Berkshire velvet soft sheets in plum on 11/25. They were estimated delivery 11/30. They are still processing. Can someone check on them for me? Thanks!

I ordered. The 17" HP LAPTOP ORDER NUMBER 5134089031 Nov. 27, still in process. All I get is I,M SORRY FROm CS. CAN MOD,S HELP. I NEED A COMPUTER. Should have gone to Costco.

Last week I used the Live Chat (down at bottom around customer service) when I had a philosophy set stuck in process. They gave me the choice of cancel or reorder since it was already billed. I chose cancel and it was refunded in a day or 2. Much quicker than calling.
You just type in your info and someone types a reply. Works well.

Hi @qvcaddition I was able to check on this order and it is processing accordingly. HP computers are built to order and come in directly from China, they typically need an additional 4-6 days. The EDD on this order is 12/12/17, I'm confident that it will be meeting that date. Thank you for shopping and posting with us. ~Kim

Thank you for checking. I wish I had gone that day to Costco and gotten the HP there and taken it home.

I ordered the set of 2 My Pillows back on Oct. 29. QVC offered free shipping, and it was an advanced order. I sent them a check instead of putting it on my card. When it came time for the pillows to ship, nothing happened. No one contacted me. I contacted Customer Service and they told me I owed them money. What happens when you have an advanced order on an item with free shipping is, when it comes time to ship someone or something ADDS THE SHIPPING CHARGE! After going around in circles, they finally took the shipping off, but now my order is stuck in Advance Order mode. I am totally disgusted with QVC. If I didn't need these pillows as gifts, I would cancel the forget QVC. I never had a problem in the 30+ years I've been shopping with them, but it seems things have gone to Hell in a handbasket. I guess my next step is to contact the head of QVC and see if he can do anything.

Have to chime in on the processing. I ordered the Duraflame Portable Stove Heater on November 26, was in processing for almost a week, chatted, called twice, "it will be shipped", now it is on back order! Not a happy camper, been with QVC over 30 years, is it my imagination or have things changed in the last year or so? Just venting.
