@AmandamiamiI ordered something 12-05 I got it 12-09 but still was showing in processing. It then showed shipped 12-07 with EDD or 12-12 after I received it.
I cannot check tracking on any of my orers since Dec either. The tracking is all messed up.

I placed an order on December 11 with both Ulta and QVC. My Ulta order just showed up on my doorstep. My QVC order just shipped a day ago.

@Newjersian. It's doubtful you could cancel the order even if you tried, nor can CS cancel it. QVC orders become set in stone minutes after being placed.

Delivery dates aren't set in stone - many things can affect it even after the item has shipped, especially at this time of year.
Until the "expected delivery date" has actually passed with no sign of the item, you're worrying for no good reason.
This debate comes up every year and every year the advice is still the same: if something is critical to your plans, don't wait until the last two weeks before Christmas to order. Where I am, one big snowstorm could put paid to any deliveries. (And I don't want anyone risking his or her life in bad weather, just to deliver a package to me.)
