I've been reading other posts so I guess everyone's having this problem. I placed an order december 14th and it's still in process. I haven't gotten an email requesting a review either. These two specific items I've ordered are not even in my local department stores so I'm very afraid that this order won't be received on time for christmas. I hope I get my issue resolved.

Both times I've gone under review it's taken at least 5 days for them to notify me I need to call. I have been trying since Dec 2nd to get an order shipped and it just hasn't happened. I really don't have an answer for you as I have no idea what's going on myself.

Everyone's having order issues so I'm sitting here panicking and thinking to myself (what happens if it doesnt go through?!) Just like the rest of these folks Smiley Sad

@AmandamiamiI ordered something 12-05  I got it 12-09 but still was showing in processing.  It then showed shipped 12-07 with EDD or 12-12 after I received it. 

I cannot check tracking on any of my orers since Dec either.   The tracking is all messed up.

Worse ever! Ordered 3 things, 2 were shipped on 12/14. 3rd item(which I paid $57 for exepedited shipping) is still in the “process” phase. Called CS twice and all they can tell me is to wait and see if I get the item by promised date (12/18). They can’t do anything for me until then. Irked to the max. Debating on canceling order....

I placed an order on December 11 with both Ulta and QVC. My Ulta order just showed up on my doorstep. My QVC order just shipped a day ago.

@Newjersian.  It's doubtful you could cancel the order even if you tried, nor can CS cancel it.  QVC orders become set in stone minutes after being placed.

I just don't understand how they can process orders for so long and not allow you to cancel once it becomes clear you won't be receiving it by the date you expected. That seems so shady.

Delivery dates aren't set in stone - many things can affect it even after the item has shipped, especially at this time of year.

 

Until the "expected delivery date" has actually passed with no sign of the item, you're worrying for no good reason.

 

This debate comes up every year and every year the advice is still the same:  if something is critical to your plans, don't wait until the last two weeks before Christmas to order.  Where I am, one big snowstorm could put paid to any deliveries.  (And I don't want anyone risking his or her life in bad weather, just to deliver a package to me.)
