Last year for me shopping QVC, 28 plus years, their shipping is horrible and their customer service reps are not given answers to our questions. Tried three times to speak to a supervisor, and none called back. QVC will lose alot of money with my shopping. No MORE. It seems they want to make money selling, but could care less for their customers with horrible shipping. They are too money hungry and spend a little more on shipping for us rather than make excuses that the things shipped from California to South Florida was because of fires. I already told them if I don't received my merchandise due tomorrow, they are all going back
