Order still processing?!

My order has been processing for 5 days! What is the deal QVC?! Every time I contact CS and ask when it will be shipped I get “I don’t know” as an answer. Come on.

@Jonwratten I'm so sorry, but you placed your first order with us which was a high dollar easy pay order that we had to speak with you about. We had to get in contact with you, which we did on 09/23 and you verified the information needed to release the order. 

The order was picked for shipment and will be shipping very shortly. Your original EDD was 09/28 and we will do our best to provide you with the item by the EDD. I hope this information is helpful and thanks for being our customer.
