It took 11 days  to get my Earth boots ,  isn't that a little much?

I do apologize for the delay in receiving your boots. Unfortunately your package was held up for a few days in transit due to severe weather conditions from the impacts of Hurricane Florence. I am glad to know that they arrived safely.
