I'm so very frustrated. I ordered 2 identical robes for my adult daughters on 11/27/24. It listed an estimated delivery date of 12/09. On 12/12 I contacted QVC chat because the robes still had not shipped. I was told they would send an email inquiry to shipping/warehouse to check status. It would take 4 days to find out. I contacted QVC chat on 12/16 and was told they didn't have an answer because shipping is closed on the weekend so it wasn't yet 4 days. I tried calling customer service and they said that it was in process and that meant it was pulled packed and ready to ship. I received notice yesterday that one had shipped and should arrive 12/26. I checked on the status of the other and its back to they can't tell me anything for 4 days. I was told today that they sent me a email on the 18th that the items were backordered. I did not receive that, although I receive QVC emails continously. I'm also surprised that Customer service wasnt aware of the backorder on the 17th.

This is my first time feeling like QVC has no interest in my issue. I understand delays, but since 11/27 I am only informed if I contact them, and then basically no information. I wouyld have thought that a notice might be sent when it was obvious 12/9 wasn't even close to a delivery.

I'm sure that's maddening.  Must have been a shipping problem.

I am having a similiar problem.  I sent an email to the social team.  I received a response that was meant for another customer.  When they did finally answer my email they only reiterated what was on my order status.  They were no help and I still have no info on my order.

  1. This observation won't help you, @RetK, but I find shipping efficiency at the Q varies from vendor to vendor. It seems in recent years many of the vendors are responsible to ship their own product whereas years ago QVC warehouses were more centralized and received/shipped most product offered. As the Q as expanded there is no assurance concerning "convenience". Sometimes the tracking is accurate and other times it isn't.
    The Macys website says if you order today you'll receive before Christmas and they have some incredible mark downs. I think that delivery guarantee is $5 extra and requires a $25 minimum order. That's a great deal. Earlier in the month I ordered matching pajamas from Macys for my granddaughters and they shipped/arrived quickly and they're adorable. Great pricing too! I'm sorry you're having this issue as it's clear you ordered the robes with plenty of time to receive them before Christmas. I'd request a full refund from the social team. Hope you find some robes for your daughters and that you and family enjoy the holidays!

Sorry that happened @RetK .  If you were informed in time, you could have shopped elsewhere for the robes and canceled the Q order.  Sounds like the Q dropped the ball in communication.
