Order not received

According to the computer my order was delivered yesterday at 10:50am however it was not delivered to me. Getting through to the Post Office is impossible, they simply do not answer the telephone. I've let it ring and ring and ring. Can you please help me? I have the tracking number. Thank you, I appreciate your assistance.

hello - i may be able to shed some light for you based on my recent experience. I ordered an item (not qvc) that also showed it was delivered to me. However, after many attempts to reach the local post office (yep, rings and rings and then cuts you off), I finally got someone who tracked it for me. The GPS on the mail truck timed the driver delivering my package to a different street about 3 blocks away, with the same house number. It was scanned and delivered to them. Now, you would think the folks who live there would return it to their mailbox for re-delivery, but no. The postal agent had to knock on the door to actually physically retrieve the box. I eventually got my stuff.

Try a smaller post office branch rather than the main one. That's how I got an answer. They picked up right away. Good Luck to you

@bmorechick I've had the same thing happen to me. I live on Place which is a cul de sac but it's delivered to Avenue. This is so frustrating. But QVC has always been a great help to me. Thank goodness for tracking by USPS too.

@bmorechick Yes that actually does happen. If a pkg shows out for delivery plus shows delivered & I did not get it I'm on the phone with the Post Office. They have had to call the mailman to go get my package & deliver it to me. LOL!!!

Our previous mailman would get off a house so everyone down the street had each others mail. That was bad for us since ours was left in the neighbors box which had a locked box so we could not retrieve our mail. When we asked them for it they told us they did not have any of our mail & if they did they would throw it in the trash?

weight watcher - good luck. I never received my order. There is NO USPS tracking detail. Only UPS. QVC doesn't have USPS tracking, so they say. Perhaps USPS delivered my order to the wrong address and it was not reported, thus someone got my order. No replacement available from QVC(((( QVC needs to upgrade their S&H so we can track the order the entire process. Most all vendors do this.

I've had this happen numerous times, mostly by UPS, but a few times by the USPS too. Tracking says delivered but it wasn't.

Knock on wood, Ive learned not to panic, I've always received the items the following day. No explanation given.

Probaby on truck to be delivered and either didn't have time or forgot to leave it. Regardless, they fasified records, possibly so supervisors wouldn't know they did not complete their job.
