Kim,thank you so much for your speedy response.  This is the first I could post because I had a visit with the EyeSpecialist and the drops are just wearing off.  Surprise, surprise, the package was waiting at my front door when I arrived home.  The Post Office obviously delivered to the wrong address but I am grateful that no harm was done. 

 

To all the ladies that were kind enough to drop a line or two, a great big Thank You.   For those that never received their package I am truly sorry, I know how anxious you are and were.  QVC would make things a little easier if we could get a Tracking Number when they turn our packages over to the Post Office.  Without it we have no recourse, our package can't be tracked.

 

The Post Office where I live is very small but still greatly understaffed as demonstrated by no one picking up the telephone.  Sad state of affairs and very frustrating.

Order not showing and no confirmation email, please help. I ordered a nintendo switch with 5 easy pays but when i submitted the payment it said it went through but i never got an email confirmation and its not in my order status either. I do not wanna order again. Its only been about an hour, should i wait or??

@Abuuu   I am sorry you are having this trouble, I will take a look and email the details.

@susan thank you so much . I just do not want to get charged twice. I cannot check the bank statement yet bc i used my sisters card and she will not be here Today so i cannot check if they charged her card or not until she replies to me. When i ordered it it removed from my cart and told me to check my email for a confirmation code but i never got the email. So i have no code or authorization to prove i ordered it. I even used a promo code (HOLIDAY) to take 5 bucks off. What should i do?

@susan can you In a way confirm if my sister card was charged or not. If it was not charged i will try to order again but if it was charged id like to make sure i get what im paying for

@Abuuu    Glad that we could get this resolved, so sorry for the delay in the order populating up in order history.

@ahoymate,  if you have a UPS tracking number use their site for tracking information.  If the package is to be transferred to USPS there is a tracking number for that, at least if you have signed up for the free UPS MyChoice program.

 

ETA:  USPS also has informed delivery.  If you sign up for that you can receive notices when a package is coming and when it has been delivered.  A tracking number is provided.

What is good for the goose today will also be good for the gander tomorrow.

I haven’t received something that I ordered on 12/4, saying it’s out for pickup in CA today,,,12/17!!!!  This is TERRIBLE!!!!!  HELP!!!!
