Order in process since May 2nd

I ordered a Cuddl Duds Flexwear Short-Sleeve Maxi Dress and it's still in process (with an estimated delivery date of 5/13). Any idea when my item will ship?

Hi @Anne MarieC I checked your order and it is moving through the shipping process, however we are experiencing delivery delays and a comment on your account shows an email was sent indicating the estimated delivery date has been moved to 5/20. I am so sorry for the delay.
