I placed an order on 10-10. It has not shipped yet. It was 2 items. One item was FREE SHIPPING, the other item was shipping $3.50. My order is still showing IN PROCESS. It shows in process for both items. I attempted to cancel the one with shipping charges and then reorder, but the system will not allow me to cancel. Can you assist me with this and have the S & H removed/waived?? Thank you.
