Order in Process since May 27. Help!

I placed Order #6523322981 on 5/27 and it has still not shipped. The size and color that I ordered of A263353 is in stock. The EDD for it was 6/06.

It appears to have fallen through the cracks, but I can't cancel to re-order.

Help, please!

I am in the same boat. I placed an order for Kim gravel capris on 5/26 with an arrival date of 6/3. It did not come. Received another email with a new arrival date of 6/12. That has come and gone.

what would be the point of canceling and reordering? You will get it eventually.

some orders are arriving promptly and others are hopelessly behind. This is a q problem that they have done poorly in explaining and rectifying. You can't blame everything on the virus.

I have an in process item since 6/6/20. The estmated date is tomorrow. I called QVC (can't get cust sevice) and was told nothing can be done about it. Hoping it will be sent out with in the next couple of months.

I understand. Waiting on my order from May 19, Women with Control crop pants (TSV) It's been in process all this time. Called CS last week and was told they were shipped June 8, although the order says In Process. Still not here. Tried CS today and can't get through. DISGUSTED! Somethings going on at QVC and I don't think it's all from the virus.
