Here's my problem, my order was damaged, I don't feel I should have to pay shipping back. And what do I send the empty jars?
I spend thousands of dollars every month with qvc and do expect better serivce.
I am also willing to wait on hold or to have my email answered, but not to be told so sorry we are not answering phones, doing live chats or helping you any other way.
Does anyone have a way to contact them?
