Tried calling, said sorry during these times we are not answering calls, use the web site.
Ok did live chat, again same thing sorry we are not taking live chat calls during this time.
ok sent email, received this reply back:

Again telling me to use live chat or self service.
Here's my problem, my order was damaged, I don't feel I should have to pay shipping back. And what do I send the empty jars?
I spend thousands of dollars every month with qvc and do expect better serivce.
I am also willing to wait on hold or to have my email answered, but not to be told so sorry we are not answering phones, doing live chats or helping you any other way.
Does anyone have a way to contact them?

Send an email to QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com, detailing your issue.
I promise you, an email to them will NOT go unanswered and they respond very quickly!

When I received a couple of glass items that arrived broken over the years, CS issued the refund on my word and did not want me to send the broken glass back, it's a hazard to everyone handling that return if the box should tear.
