I place an order on 12/7. Currently still saying IN PROCESS. Early this morning I received an email stating that I needed to call customer care to verify my information. I have call numerous times and still has been unable to reach a live person. I have left a message for a supervisor to call me. This is absurd! This is a Christmas gift for a love one. My EDD is 12/18. The way things are looking that won’t happened and it will be a bummer because QVC has taken my money out of my account

I am so sorry @deandrea219, if you called and left a message someone will get back to you. They need to verify additional information because this is your first order on Easy Pay.

Okay how long will a call back take. As stated previously this is a Christmas gift for a love one?

Just a couple of weeks ago one of the team members said they don't "pull credit" on an easy pay order.  Maybe this is a really expensive item?  Someone should get back to this person with an answer, will they ship the item or not, so they can order elsewhere if necessary.

Has anyone contacted you? My mother has been calling and leaving messages for over a week. In addition, sometimes she calls and gets a recording saying mailbox is full, but then she calls back and is able to leave a message. Yet, no one is calling back. My mother flew all the way from NY, to spend the holidays with her grandchildren and now they wont get their gifts in time, although she paid extra to make sure they would be here on time. Not to mention my mother is dying from terminal cancer and she is freaking out. These people are a joke. Everyone is customer service sounds like they are reading from a script. No accountiability. How does a company as large as QVC not antipate the holiday rush and staff their accounting department suffiently. They need to cancel her order or have someone call her TODAY.

@bwezenter56 - Try sending an email message with the order details to the QVC Social Team (the moderators of this community): QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

They have access to all the information needed to help resolve problems and often work miracles! Good luck...

I am experiencing the same problem. I placed an order for the first time. I received an email saying the order was under review and to call. I am CONSTANTLY trying to call. I have left several messages. This order is a Christmas present for my daughter. It is the only thing she wants for Christmas. I paid $3 extra to get it here. Originally the estimated shipping date was tomorrow (12/20). Now it won't be here. This is ridiculous!! It is the Christmas season hire enough employees to take care of your customers. You have already taken money out of my account. The lack of communication is VERY unprofessional.

Saga continues.....I tried to call AGAIN this morning. After being transferred twice I got voicemail AGAIN. Really folks? QVC says leave a message and give them 24 hours to call me back. Okay....been there....done that. You can take a person's money but not call them back? Where is the service in customer service?
