Is there not any way that QVC can get information on an item that is still sitting In Process. I have called and gotten no answers. Would just like any info on what is taking so long. I've never had to wait very long for an item to ship.

When you spend several hundred dollars, it makes NO sense to me that QVC says they cannot track an item. How is that possible, not being able to track where an item is at? And, of course, no help from QVC, at all.

Wondering if you are a fairly new customer?
Verifying info to protect against fraud and theft can take extra time on high ticket items.

No, I am not a new customer, I've been a customer for many years. I've never had an item sit this long "In Process", including other high ticket items.
Not sure what you mean about verifying fraud and theft? I am not asking that at all. I am hoping for some information as to where my item is in the process, since it has taken much longer than it ever has in the past when I have placed previous orders.

I have called a few times, to Customer Care, but received different answers each time I called, I have ordered quite often in the past and have not had an item sit In Process for this long.

@Remali This is an order that is being filled by our Vendor so it will add a couple of days to the processing time.
