Good afternoon everyone. I have been reading the forum and am wonderinf if there may be a problem with my order. I paid for expedited shipping on an item that I ordered, but I see that the item is still in the processign phase. I'd really like to have my item before Christmas, so I need to know if there are any verifications I need to do or if there is an issue with my order, so that I can get it taken care of and try to plan accordingly. Thanks for any help I am able to find here because I have been on hold for customer service for over an hour. Thanks

@NikkiHeat. Expedited shipping doesn't include expedited processing, which typically take 2-4 days on most orders.  If this includes your order, I wouldn't be concerned.  As soon as it's turned over to UPS it should zip along on its way to you.
