I had this issue once before. You got me back on track for awhile and now I've stopped receiving them again. I have made no changes on my account. Please help. TIA.

I am sorry you are not getting emails from us. It appears your preferences are all set so I am going to check with our marketing team to see if maybe there is a block in place with your internet provider.

I also have never received the pre-sale emails. I tried over the years by updating by email preferences and contacting customer service. I was always told I was on the list but all I ever receive is a confirmation email when I order . Recently I started receiving a monthly statement but not the presale email I am looking for.

So sorry to see this is still an issue. I have checked the settings again and all email preferences are marked for delivery. I suggest checking all your online settings to customize to your preferences. Please let us know if this continues and we will contact IT to have a closer look into the problem.
