Not Able To Print Return Label

I received sheets without an invoice or return label.  I need to return them and when I went to print it from QVC nothing happens.  I emailed CS and asked if they could email it to me and was told they would mail it to me and would get it 7-10 days!! I can't believe that they can't email it to me.Smiley Frustrated

@Pecky  We did request a label be sent to your email, it should be received w/in 4 hours, fingers crossed it's received.

Iam having the opposite problem.   I want form sent to my home and they are telling me they can't do that.  UGH!

@avid shopper I'm sorry, I am running into the same issue as CS, let try it again later in the day or tomorrow, its been an issue for the last few days.

I would love to know what is going on with QVC and the failure to supply the customer with receipts and return labels. Four out of five orders I received over the last couple of months had no receipt of return label. Is this their way of forcing the customer to keep the merchandise, like it or not. I have become very sceptical of this companies new way of doing business.

I had the exact same problem -- could not print a return label.  This went on for about 8 days.  I emailed  the social team and their response was that I would get an emailed label.  However, the social team unexpectedly had the same issue I had (they tried to help, and were very quick with their responses).

 

I called customer service on the phone yesterday, and they said I should just pay for the return myself (they gave me a return address for it), and email them my receipt for the postage.
