I have received a few packages from QVC without return labels or receipts. I just called CS and they sent me what I needed. Just don't wait around deciding what you are going to do. It took less than a week to get the letter from QVC that I was waiting for. It is a bother but fixable.

nice to know Im not the only one not receiving receits or returen slips with orders.
