I received a gift from qvc and the new return label that is stuck to the outside of the box is not usable. The first 2” of writing was not printed, so the barcodes are not complete.   Since it’s not my order, do I need to have that person call or go online?  We don’t live in the same state, so I was hoping to return it from here.

The new  return labels are hard to use.
