I would like to think it's not the new norm, although it certainly seems to be. I returned an order on 12/19 and it was literally just delivered in PA on 2/12. I had to return an order yesterday and I'm hoping I don't have to wait 2 months for that refund!

Yep, mine to. 6 days since it was received at warehouse. Doesn’t even show up as being returned yet in my order status.

On the up side. Usually if I contact constomer service about it, they credit the return while I am on the phone. Guess I may have to call.

@MalteseMomma...I just sent an order back yesterday and combined two orders in one (one return & one exchange). My husband specifically took it to the post office and gave it to the clerk at the counter, so you would think that as of today I could track the shipment (at least the initial drop-off status), but no...nothing. I hope it doesn't turn into a fiasco. I'll give it a month before I contact CS.

No, I have not called into CS...was going to give it a couple of more days but this is really kind of crazy. I shouldn;t have to follow up with this stuff.
We are sorry for the delay in processing your return. If it has been 5 days since your return has been received you should not have to wait a couple more days. Please forward the order information to QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com so we can manually process your return.

There is (or was) a disclaimer on the top of the "my orders" page: Where is my return? There is a, hopefully, temporary delay in the processing of returns.

This is a concern. There is no excuse for not processing returns in a timely manner. Mid February you cannot use the holiday rush as a reason for being behind. Give me a break. I just sent something back also at the PO on Monday. As of today, no tracking available......what?????? It gets scanned as soon as you drop it off. This is part of the reason my shopping here is dwindling.

When I finally contacted CS about my long awaited refund credit, it turns out my packages had been sitting in my local P.O. all ths time. This had also been the case for items I had been waiting a long time to receive. Bad management at this P.O.
